Shipping Policy 

All online orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days.  If for any reason we are able to process your order in this timeline you will be contacted.  

All rates are calculated in real-time on our site in the checkout process. If you have added items to your shopping cart you will also be able to see estimated shipping rates before completing the purchase.

* International Orders - It is your responsibility to find out about your country's laws concerning receiving herbs and the customs policies. If you place an order and your country does not allow our products to be shipped in you will not receive a refund. 

Please note: Additional fees, such as brokerage charges, duties, taxes, and government inspection fees may apply to international shipments. You are responsible for these fees and they are typically charged by COD at the time your shipment is delivered.


We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and in the original packaging. 

We guarantee the quality of all of our formulas and products. We cannot however guarantee specific results as each body and healing process is unique.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  If we make an error with picking or shipping your order we will send a call tag and the correct product. If you order the wrong product we will exchange it for you once the item is returned.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like opened products, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
